Welcome to I rise, a mobile application designed to support your journey toward mindfulness, positivity, and personal growth. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the I rise mobile app ("App") operated by an individual developer ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

I rise offers both free access and optional subscription-based services. Subscriptions grant access to premium content and features.

• Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

We do not handle or store your payment information directly.

All content provided in the App — including text, images, designs, affirmations, sounds, and branding — is the intellectual property of I rise or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Upload, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

We make no guarantees about the effectiveness or outcomes resulting from use of the App.
